MADISON - Police in Madison are investigating a pair of shootings that appear to be unrelated, but left three people injured.
Two juveniles are considered "persons of interest" in a shooting on the 1400 block of Theresa Terrace on the city's southwest side. Authorities arrived on the scene around 9:45 Friday night and found the victim unconscious, not breathing, and with a gunshot wound to her abdomen. There is no update on her condition as of Sunday morning.
Nearly two hours later a second shooting on the northside wounded two people near Warner Park. The victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were released from a local hospital. That shooting occurred at 11:35 Friday on the 1700 block of Northport Drive.
No arrests have been made in either case.
